Crow pose is an advanced yoga posture where you raise the lower body up while balancing on straight or slightly bent arms.
Crow Pose strengthens your arms, wrists and abdominal muscles, while stretching your upper back.
This pose also opened the groins, which stimulates and improves digestion.
