Kesniya Simonova is good, I love her work...

But my guess is leaning more toward Ilana Yahav for this work.

Not saying the guy in the video couldn't do it if he put his mind to it...

But he's most likely tossing sand around for a rather melancholy or meaningful music video, cut into the footage of the actual artist at work.

The music fits so well, though...
