EVERYTHING is here, its not elitist, if u knew everyhting on the internet ud b GOD. And was there ever a more blessed generation of young men going thru puberty than ours? how much would we have paid in dirty mags otherwise?

I don't really get how the Internet was never tainted and cynical.

  • @Dubzoomember this is too true. tvh event ho the internet was around back then, I wouldn't have bothered with it too much (although it must have made plagarism piss easy if u didn't do ur homework). I've heard horror stories from ppl who spent a year download 26 episodes of a TV show in the 1990s, whereas now we could do that in a few days probably. I do love the internet age. i read ana rticle related to Tron Legacy about how the internet has become tainted and cynical. wtf

  • @227060

That's the great thing about the Internet. You can have two conversations with the same person at the same time. If you did this before 1996, people thought you were mad.

  • @Dubzoomember Well I guess so, I mean the satements kinda weird since how cud the 1st film have been bttr if a fan wrote it since that movie CREATED the fans??? btw Wilfred Mott as Luke Skywalker is win. u find it a bit weird how we r having 2 differ conversations simultaniously yet neither 1 makes reference 2 the other. seriosly we cud probably slag each other off in 1 conversation while being friendly in another and we'd b none the wiser

I read somewhere that ALL the Star Wars movies could've been better if they'd gotten a fan to write them. It said that Doctor Who went beyond its potential when a really good story came along but ALL the Star Wars movies could've been much better.

  • @Dubzoomember Its true Ep III rocked, hence why I can forgive Eps I and II since they were there 2 just get us to Ep III. Also ALL of them have pretty good ideas, which cud perhaps have been handled bttr (no excuses for some of the acting tho, McGreggor and Mcdirmind r good tho). some of the criticisms of them r just stupid tho, like how ppl didn't like the word 'trade' in Ep I opening crawl. get over yourself seriously, and thats coming from a guy with OCDs 2 the max

HOLY SHIT! Someone else actually agrees on my opinons on the prequels. I see the originals as classic pieces of cinema and the prequels alright films. Revenge of the Sith is actually awesome, though.

  • @Dubzoomember ah now here is where things get sticky. if i was being totally honest I'd say my favourite was Revenge of the Sith, BUT (before u flame me) I fully recognise that the Empire Strikes Back was easily the best of the films, although A New Hope was the most important bcos it started it all. I also recognise that the prequels are not as good as the original but i don't HATE them or anything. BTW type in utube Star Wars Meco to get funky
