The sound effects and close-ups are really annoying! These self-defense techniques are ok for beginners, but anyone (men OR women) needs to dilligently study beginner and advanced techniques like this if they want any of it to be effective.

this martial art is rubbish, if you rely want to learn real self defence then learn bjj and mu thai MMA
