when u first turn on your black berry it comes up with a pin number how do i find the pin number

The PIN number the handset is requesting is norma$lly your SIM card PIN.
If not it will be your handsets PIN code.

We think you are reffering to the MicroSD memory card - you're right it is pretty difficult.
We think it has something to do with the flexibility of the cover as it doesn't bend enough to give you proper access. Otherwise the handset is brilliant!
