It's called a kip to support. the Kip is the springing action with your legs, the support is being 'on top' of the rings.

i have a question. i cant to a muscle-up to get ontop of the rings, but theres a different way that i do, however i do not know what its called. basically you hang upside down and tuck your legs in, much like you would do a skin the cat. however instead of lowering your body backwards, you spring your body up and use the momentum to flip ontop of the rings.
