He needs too lose some of those weights, or blow some air in his bcd. You don't have to paddle like that to stay buoyant.

If you like sharks check out adoptashark. They let you adopt a shark online and then give you all the data they download from the satellite tag they have on the shark like where it went in the ocean, what depth etc. very cool
