okay guys i know how he duz it!!
download Fable Explorer, then mess with the files. (you can mod spells, charecters, anything! like right now, my default starting summon summons Jack lol. it one shots everything.)
but anyways, go to OBJECTS>SHOT or soemthing, export fireball rank 4, and earth troll shot. then import into ur ranged weapons shot.
but i dont know how he made the shot go up a little.. maybe adjusting the angle.. eh w/e

he also changed the shot definition to rock troll secondary throw definition.

smart very smart .......it takes others weeks to find out lol but I do wish that you guys don't explain all my mods to people so they would not copy them. If you really want to learn how to mod message me.

no it is shot jack dragon 7228.
he changed the object into the jack fireballs and used dragon slam explosion. he changed the shot width unknown into 2-5 so it makes 5 fireballs into one. and created mutiple explosions.

yah it can you just need to connect your xbox to pc ..look it up in google under fable tlc xbox mods
