By far one of the coolest things i encountered was the Dragon boat races. I in downtown after seeing fire on the waterfront and currently taking cover from the down pour of rain when I and heard music. It sounded like a hell of a party but when i got there everything was empty. the rain had shut almost everything down. Restaurants were empty, patios were bare and almost everyone gone home. I was expecting to see some people shivering in the rain waiting for rides and a CD playing on some big speakers but what i found was a hell of a fun party of left overs. It's like no one told these guys that the party was over. so cool.
