@QuinnDougherty in addition, You can notice recurring themes throughout Powell's work, its his signature style. the lyrics of "Texas Addio" deal with the relationship between love and hate, as one 'becomes a man'. This is the same lyrical content of "eye for an eye". Also, in "a deadly morning" the lyrics contain the phrase "eye for an eye". one might call it coincidence, but i maintain that it could be a motif developed and returned to by the artist.

Also, i'm looking for an English transcription of these lyrics, so keep your eyes open :) thanks for your uploadin by the way, its appreciated

I was under the impression this was Don Powell vocals. are you sure its this Maurizio Graf guy? the singing sounds almost identical to a track like Deadly Morning or Texas Addio

When I first listen to this song, I thought it was pure crap (well the singer), but after listening to it multiple times, I was in love.
-
@myrtlebox I think it sounds more like the theme from 'Long Days of Vengeance'
-
comes close to Ecstasy of Gold at times
-
LOL Oh, damn.
-
great track but im glad it wasnt used in the film as it would have taken the whole mysterys away from the man with no name.

Lovce Maurizio Graf, love Ennio Morricone and love this song!
I'm pretty sure the vocal was only done for a record single. It's not used in the film, though you can find the track on some of the newer issues of this soundtrack.
