need to ask u a few questions.

last week i buy roland w30 from my friend.

but the thing is i cannot play the keyboard because the floppy disk cannot support HD diskett. it only support DD diskett.

i try so many time to convert HD to DD but same result cannot play.

there is no more computer shop selling this DD diskett.

wish u could help me to resolve this problem.

mydanial, format any diskette for Windows XP in the following way: To BEGIN ( START) - to EXECUTE - to Type cmd

to proceed he/she types: FORMAT A:/FS:FAT /T:80 /N:9

i had a w30 and it was shit. no memory.

it had a 12 bit sound that was kind of cool in a grungy low-fi way, but anyone who had any money bought an akai. the ensoniq was a better machine too. liam used the w30 prol only because, like me, that was all he could afford at the time.

I'm not disputing that he used a sampler!The point I am making is it had very little to do with Liam Howletts success that he used a W30 and all these comments from ppl thinking if they get a W30 they will be a success is misguided,thats all I am saying.I personally think the W30 is a great machine but its not going to make the person using it a success is it?

What was Howlett using as a "sampler", a shoe box?. The W30 is a sampler/workstation, hench why he used it.. The purpose of this video shows what can be used from the keyboards presets.

What are you bleeting on about and who said Liam wouldnt have been a success? The point was the guy is playing regular songs yet all the comments are talking about Liam howlett and how he used one. Not one mention about the guy in the video.
