Rasmussen held his head down thrue the entire speach because he knew that USA and Bush are kingpins of the heroin. It's about time NATO starting getting serious about minding the store in their backyard. The 7,000 NATO regulars that are going to be sent will supplement the 30,000 American troops sent by Obama nicely, and bring the final number very close to what General McChrystal requested in the beginning. I sincerely hope the General has a workable, sensible, effective strategy to employ these troops in such a way that we'll be able to meet the objectives and re-deploy by the summer or fall of 2011.
