Moumtaz Al Jannat ('Marcus') is a WONDERFUL, beautiful, one of a kind, gelding. We simply can't say enough about the characteristics and talents of this great minded gelding. He was started in the spring of 2010, and for such a young horse, he braves through obstacles like an older, seasoned horse. He rides out alone, with a group, is very trustworthy and loyal! Nothing fazes this boy, and he has the stamina to take you wherever and however far you want to go! He's had miles and miles of trail riding, competitive and pleasure, and takes any obstacle that he comes across quietly, confidently, and with ease. It's in his personality and what he's made of. He absolutely LOVES the water!! He is World Caliber bred, and will make a superb endurance, competitive trail, dressage, or pleasurable riding horse for ANY level of rider. He is smooth, exceptional in his movement, VERY well mannered, sound, and solid. He loves the mountains, and all the attention he gets out on the trail!! :) Long, flowing, mane and tail, he's absolutely beautiful...
Feel free to come out to visit the ranch to see Marcus, or for more information about him, send us an email or call! We (and Marcus) would love to hear from you! 'Thank you' very much for watching!!

  • What a beautiful horse! Unfortunately, we can only see his true beauty when he's at liberty. No offense to the rider, but under saddle, he is short-strided, and goes "high and hollow." This is because the rider is pulling on Marcus' face, not allowing him to relax his neck and round down, which would lift his back, give him the gorgeous, "swan" neck look that Arabians should have, and give the ride better communication through the bit. At liberty, we see an open shoulder, and lovely forwardness.
