    WAILEI! that was happening under the last administration. I do not fully support the methods and tactics of this interim government, but I am glad they are cleaning up the corruption.

    We all know the drill, you have to be the son/daughter/related to "someone" to get a scholarship.

    hope corruption is less in fiji. PSC used to give scholarships to preferred students not based on grades but who you know at PSC - pathetic system but fiji is fiji style!
