well my best advice here, it to have protien, if your vegan there are many nuts fand seeds full of protien, and you will want to focus your traing on your lower abs, it will be difficult as the lower ab is a huge muscle, but it will be worth it. For people who are young such as in thier teens or not finished growing, dont go to weight lifting as that can stop your growth spert and your spine will break later in liife. ALWAYS do weightlifting with a qualified expert, no matter your age.

i dont think theres necessarily ah specific workout for the waist,although its understanding,seeing how the title could be a bit misleading,still,i think the purpose of thevideo is too inform people who want to lose weight in the waist area that as long as you keeping working out and eating right,ur waist will thin down,aswell

No. His explaining how any "self help" video of this title or something similar is going to be misleading. He called the video "how to slim the waist" to teach people who are looking to do so (women) that you can't target a single area for loosing body fat.

This is the first guy that has actually told the truth in his video. Fat can't be targetted and working on your stomach won't just lose fat there it will take it from random areas.
Eating properly and exericising is the only way you'll lose body fat.
