  • Nice Video! Some useful facts about Creeping Thistle: It is great for conservation, It only survives in an uncultivated area for about 10 years, while it is living in an area it provides vital food for honey bees, bumble bees, seed eating birds and a whole host of other critters, the peeled stems are very tatsey for us humans as well. Some people see it as a problem but these people do not understand the plant and how it re-generates. It cannot grow under trees or dense taller plants.

  • Fine presentation and thank you. Love the connection between goldfinch nest building timing and seed production. Hope to see you again. Best regards, Lisa
