I am an Ilaiyarajaah fanatic. Undoubtedly, the credits for the song, of course, go to the one and only "Maestro" Raja Sir, but one other fact is that all these great songs of Cheeni Kum are remakes of Tamil movies featuring another great "Mike" Mohan. Raja Sir composed all these songs for the evergreen hero who never saw a flop. Jaane dona from film Nooravadhu Naal, Cheeni Kum from Mounga Ragam, and Baatein Hawa from Mella Thirandhadhu Kadhavu. So, I feel Mohan also should get his due.
