No shame, but most Kendoka would say Shodan instead of "Black Belt".
As for tips, you need to ask your Sensei.

I can understand Furukawa sensei's teaching, but I can not use it at my training. While I go back, the opponent hits my head and wrist. Is there any good way of this or tips. Of course , I'm not high level of Kendo, just black belt. Plz help me. Thanks a lot!
