I was always wondering why this trip between Čierna and Chop takes almost 2 hours on the timetables? One hour is the time difference,but the second one?

Well, you missed the actually border by a couple of seconds. You turned on the camera a bit too late. The Ukrainian and Slovak border markings a couple of meters before you started this video.
