  • How often should I practice these exercises? I am 33 and wish I had known about this when I was in my twenties ;) Also can you really gain wrist size from this?

  • @LLC2Infinity once a day should be enough to notice a change in about a week or two. try to do it for two minutes a day. "can you really gain wrist size from this?" no, i'm just lying on the internet to seem cool about wrist exercises. look, it's an exercise. if you do it dilligently over a period of time, the body will respond to it. it's not rocket science. just do the work and see for yourself.

  • hey man i have a thick strong upper arm but my wrist are just not as big as they should be in comparison...will this help my wrist get thicker?
