With four bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths, this home accommodates up to nine guests. FIRST FLOOR: The great room consists of the living area and dining area, and includes hardwood floors, bead board walls, a flat screen TV with DVD and expanded tier cable. There is a CD player as well. The dining area has seating for up to eight guests, and is separated from the fully equipped kitchen by a counter bar. A furnished screened porch has a cozy sitting area and a dining table for eight, as well as lagoon and fairway views. The first-floor master suite is furnished with a king bed, and offers a TV and access to the screened porch, plus a private bath with separate tub and shower. SECOND FLOOR: Upstairs, are the remaining three bedrooms. The first of these bedrooms is furnished with a queen bed and has its own TV and access to the second level sundeck, as well as a private bath. Two other bedrooms, each equipped with two twin beds, share a full hall bath. A small den includes its own TV and radio, and is furnished with a twin sleeper sofa.
