  • @DantesDump

    theyre undergrads

  • I'm 16 and love the fact that a bunch of college graduates are arguing over youtube. Give it a break people.... go make some money or something

  • marketing majors...

  • @scottj19x89 Oh and the Banks discovered that the average Lawyer/Scientist graduating is far more intelligent than the average B-Schooler, especially J.D./M.B.A.s who did dual degrees, Business degrees are cake and you only learn the basics there, i would prefer going to some T-14 Dual program than any Top Business School since because a BBA/MBA degree doesn't worth the same thing it was 10 years ago.

  • @scottj19x89 Lol 350,000$ straight out M.B.A. ? That's bullshit sorry to say that, most, if not all fresh out MBAs making betweek 90,000-160,000$/year.IB hiring at these top B-Schools started to decrease since more of the big IBs are now investing more in recruiting at Top Law Schools or Engineering schools.

Lawyers are useful since they can design new securities and talk to clients effectively, while Scientists can design new Algorithms and talk to BioTech companies for big deals...

  • @Warren ah... the comment I replied too said that it was useless though... I would LOVE an MBA from one of those schools. A wharton MBA grad recently got a job fresh out of school making $350,000...! I'd love that shit lol. I wouldn't say that they PREFER them (ex corporate/scientists) as much as they're giving them more lee way for coming from a non-finance/business background. IB is a lot about people skills though too... ex scientists/quantitative people would be good for today's S&T jobs

  • @scottj19x89 Never said it was useless, it's just that Investment Banks now prefer Ex-Corporate Lawyers and and Ex-Scientists(Engineers, Computer Science Experts etc) over fresh-out B-Schoolers for obvious reasons.

Not saying you won't be recruited out of a B-School, but today's model changed and Lawyers/Scientists are now bigger candidates for Investment Banking.

  • @WarrenAch n a shit ton of investment bankers have engineering/physics/etc. degrees, no finance degrees... but to say that a finance degree or MBA degree is useless is pretty stupid. Get an MBA from Harvard/Wharton/Stanford/etc. then apply for jobs, see how many interviews you get then tell me an MBA is useless. Maybe you won't learn as much as getting a law degree but it is definitely NOT useless.

  • @scottj19x89 A shit ton of F500 CEOs have Law degrees, not MBAs.

  • You almost made me not wanna go to Wharton.
