Why would you want 2 rings on a 2 cycle engine? Fact is 2 rings cause more friction, friction means more heat this means more fuel, along with more ware on the cylinders. Echo's carbs are adjustable if you have the correct tools and the blower will have more power once the ring seats.

if ur blower is that quiet its at the wrong RPM..it should be 2300 at idle
