It seems that once the rule, that people could not have tents, much less sleep, in Zuccotti park, was put in place, 99% of "the 99%" took their business elsewhere. And this time the use of the figure "99%" is nearly literal. In the past there were days when over 5,000 people were in Zuccotti park. Today, there was around 50 people. If those estimates are correct, that would be a drop of 99%.
