people like to attack china n chinese products r plain jealous. look, china is a huge country, n it's has huge amount of different products export to other countries in the world. the tainted milk, the lead painted toys r only amount many other great products, but how come we only hear the negative part of the story, but never the good parts? well, I guess some of u would say "because there is no good part" hehe, if that is yr logic, do I need to say more?

I wouldn't trust it - Chinese are known for fudging everything. The model provided may pass American crash tests, but then may be the only one built to pass those tests. Then the Chinese will send to the U.S. their usual "short-cutted" poorly built models to flood the market. Remember melanine tainted milk, lead-paint toys, cadmium laced jewelry, etc.
