  • Check out the many videos I have posted answering the most common questions people have when they want to buy a home, sell a home or invest in real estate. You can find answers to mortgage lender question, title insurance questions and other topics that will help you learn more.

  • Gerri is lame and she assumes to much. hope a truck hits her.

  • .... Would I have to have money being deposited into my account again for like a year or something before I would be approved for a mortgage?

AND say I was buying an expensive home, would that matter too?

Thanks to whoever can answer this for me! :-)

  • QUESTION: Up until now I have had bad credit (I stopped paying my Capital One card because they were screwing me around) I regret not paying them, but anyways, it happened. I've also never owned a home, and I haven't had any money deposited into my bank account for over 3 years or so because I was worried my paycheck would be garnished.. soon I will be making a fair bit of money, and I want to buy a home now, pay off my credit card and whatnot. • go to :30 to get down to business

  • This didn't answer any questions for me!!!! My husband and I are trying to buy a house now and I came on here to see if anyone had some good tips. Well guess I better keep looking. Lol

  • There's program for first time homebuyers with 3.5% down, not excellent credit score. The best way is to get pre-approved first by a lender.
