This performance was recorded in the Grand Opera House, Belfast in 1990 (I think) It was Joe's first official live concert available on video (sadly one of only two!) I am sure there is footage in the archives of Joe's performances on tv etc. that the fans would buy!!!! Considering the huge number of concert videos Daniel O'Donnell released, Joe should have been light years ahead. A true music legend RIP

so joe's voice is not as "strong" as it used to be?! Joe was always legend - even in his own lifetime - pl don't tarnish with the negative "still". I mean so Elvis is "still" a legend! Dont think so!
