@MCGeest - I lived in Dallas a year and it's a gorgeous city. Los Angeles, where I live now, is a parking lot. In 1987, you could walk anywhere in downtown Dallas - it was a people city, not for cars.

It's going to be hard to duplicate the same quality of the original DALLAS. But at least its returning in some form, and perhaps it will raise the quality of the present style of programs especially on TNT!

Dallas the best city in the world? I find that hard to believe. It hardly even looks like a city, more of a large surface parking lot. Maybe I'm missing something here because I've never visited the place. Closest I've been was Atlanta which was plenty dull.

I lived right up the street from those two gold towers at that time. That entire area looks totally different now............especially Central Expressway. Living in Dallas was amazing during the 80's.
