11 minutes breath meditation for all levels of practitioners-- especially newcomers. 5 minutes of Long Deep Breath with careful instruction; then 3 minutes of Left Nostril breathing followed by 3 minutes of right nostril breathing, totalling 11 minutes!! Sitting in a chair, on a meditation pillow or lying down. Benefits, technique and all basic instruction to get started. Left nostril- Moon Channel is cooling, calming, clarifying and lowers the pressure in the body; Right nostril- Sun Channel for warming, healing, health, restoration, rejuvenation, vigor and vitality. Balancing the Sun and Moon energies 'feels healthy and good!' and is a great start for a beginning meditator/yogi.
Try for 7 days stright 11 minutes total per day, and let us know how it feel!! We will be sharing lots of these tid bits!!

  • Thanks Barry. I had a panic attack 10 weeks ago and have anxiety disorder in varying degrees from day to day.. Just started your methods so thanks for posting. That airplane and siren kind of got me to chuckle but - good stuff anyway!
