Most likely easier for them to pull it off these days with Incoherence only being made up of Hallowicked and Frightmare (still surprises me that he's barely taller than Cloudy).

That is correct. When Hallowicked and Delirious were a team, Cheech and Cloudy usually dressed up as one or both of them whenever they fought them or teamed with them.
