If you dont Immobilize the knee on the heel hook it doesnt work. The point is to hold the knee in place by sqeezing your knees together turning the shin and in turn tearing the knee because the thigh cannot move with the shin.

you have to get your knee up in the crotch and squeezeyour knees together for the str8 achilles

I don't see a possibility for your opponent to get a triangle choke if you were to use any of these leg locks. You are way to far away for your opponent to even lock guard so there is no way your opponent can wrap for a triangle choke.

The first move was great, but the rest will make you easy game for a triangle choke. The first move will block one leg so they won't be able to do it, but the others won't
