  • Everything is about balance..pity my fitness instructors and first physiotherapists(I have a good one now..after 1,5 year) don't know how to create balance. I would not only recover a lot faster, it would also make me better resistance for other injuries.

    Can you recommend me a book about balancing and stabilize/mobilizing your muscles and joints?

  • What would you recommend if you're already suffering with shoulder pain? I hurt my rotator cuff months ago, and it's slowly getting better, but some days it still reallly hurts.
