Amendment Song

Last year we had to memorize the amendments for our Social Studies test. We thought maybe it would come in handy to some other student! And its funny!
There are lots of rights in Amendment 1 , but they all mean freedom of expression.

Amendment 2 is the right to bear arms, if we didnt have there would be lots of harm.

Amendment 3 is like the quartering act, troops cant stay in your house no! that would be whack!

Amendment 4 is important to me, it protects my right to privacy.

You have the right to a free trial in Amendment 6, its on file.

In Amendment 7 theres no denial, if you sue for more than 20 you can get a jury trial.

Amendment 9 is not one to hate, it gives you rights even in a state.

You have the right even if its not listed, Amendment 10 says we just missed it.

This amendment was the opposite of mean, it ended slavery its 13.

The bill of rights must be enforced, on every government level of course. Amendment 14 also said an African can be a citizen.

The right to vote cant depend on race, 15 doesnt care about the color of you face. .

Amendment 24 is to adore, a vote cant be taken away just cause someone cant pay.

26 took the voting age down, if your 18 you can vote now
