that happened to me, if your a master of acrobatics with the wall jump perk, if you jump just about when your on land, you start floating around. I wish you could scare people in this game :(

The game decided to think he was in the water while he was on land all u have to do is go back into the water and come out and how did u keep the colovian signet ring?

that was in a quest right? to get a dagger.

yes i saw even all glitches but one is just a bug when you jump over the imperial city walls on the coast of the rumare lake
