Dr. Cynthia Bulik, Director of UNC-Chapel Hill's Eating Disorders Program and author of "The Woman in the Mirror: How to Stop Confusing What You Look LIke with Who You Are," discusses the misrepresentation of women in the media, providing tips for breaking barriers and improving self-esteem as part of National Eating Disorders Awareness week.
