Update. He said on twitter a few days ago it will b out wen the lawsuit with the record label is resolved. He never specifically said 2013 either.

UPDATE: Due to the Creed reunion and tour in 2012. Scott Stapp has postponed his solo album "Somewhere In the Middle of Lust and Love" to 2013.
