The head light compartment was not coming out and i was afraid to exert more pressure and break it, but this video gave me the confidence to tug a bit more.

  • Yes this was awsome! The pin that slips in the socket was difficult to get out but it helped seeing how to manipulate the shroud. TY

  • thats not how you install these!! he never hooked up the main part witch is the halos!! maybe next time you post a video youll actually hook up the main reason for getting the light at all!!

  • For all u people trying to just change the headlight bulb its self. You do not need to brake the bracket on the bottom like showed on this dumb ass video. There is enough room for u to access the bulb from the top after u take out the top two nuts and the black pieces from the bumper.

  • thanks for posting this! one of my daylight running lights just burned out and I wasnt sure how the hell to access the bulbs. So I do indeed need to detach the whole headlight assembly... hope you are making lots of money, but for me it was just a good community service.

  • Slide a belt under the headlight and draw it down to the pin and pull it toward you. Makes it easier than pulling and upllin. The belt goes under the light and over the light so you have both straps to pull on.

  • it's same way you take out the headlight on the G5?
