@dave777blaster the first storm troopers were the nick name given to Canadians from the Germans in WW1, 20 years later, the SS remembered this nick name and took it for themselves, in the 70s the nick name evolved with Hollywood and Star Wars (Oddly enough Darth Vader was Canadian too...LOL), what was once a compliment from their enemy, the proud label given to Canadians now has a connotation of evil!

After watching this whole series from the National Film Board of Canada, never have I been more proud to be Canadian.

@41stTI Well, it's good to have an opinion since you guys weren't even there.....so it's basically just talking shit at this point in which you seem to be so adept....."I am proud not to have served with the Americans, because I would have kicked their ass" whatever.....Are you sure you're Canadian and not a euro? That sounds like euro-shame for not going....
douche....

No, you are a "fukken dousche." Yakovlievich's opinion certainly coincides with mine.

In Canada there is still resentment that we are not fully credited for important Allied victories in both World Wars.
Americans take note: we already fought someone else's war and this is part of the reason we are proud not to be in Iraq. We would only be winning your battles with you taking credit for unearned victories.
