  • @ femalegamer: its called brazo de mercedez or just brazo.

  • @lkjhgfdsa1822 - Thank you for sharing! I had no idea. I was going to call my mom this weekend to ask her about it but she's terrible at figuring out stuff like that. I have to look it up and see if I can find one or make one.

  • My friend is filipino and she took me to a very nice filipino party. One of the guests made this delicious cake but Ive searched and searched for what it is. It was an angle cake type of them (but shaped in a logg) with an orange like pudding texture in the middle. It was delicious. Can you help me figure out what it is?

  • @femalegamer57 Did you see that @lkjhgfdsa1822 answered? They said it's called Brazo de Mercedez or just brazo.

  • One pound and 4 oz of water??!! Would it just be too difficult to say 20ounces? Better yet: Just say 2 1/2 cups.

  • @ronnieonetime - Most kitchen scales measure ounces up to 15 when it coverts over to 1# so they won't read 20 ounces. I always use scale to weigh my ingredients because it is easier and more accurate than using cups. Thanks for the comment!
