I believe that Samsung has manufactured different versions of this monitor. One with a standard NTSC tuner for the UK and parts of Asia and in North America it comes with an ATSC tuner.

Oh wait, confused. It does come with HDTV tuner right for watching HD TV in America? And also its 1080P right? IM currently thinking about buying this for a TV off Ebay

The TV tuner in the T260HD is actually a full HD TV tuner as per information in the samsung website. Please verify. Thanks.

Yup, but it is only applicable in Europe, not Asia. Perhaps I should say that it only works in Europe, not Singapore.
