Yes, Tatra builds a 40+ ton 8x8 offroad hauler, with smoother ride, and because it isnt articulated, its safe to drive 120 km/h where an articulated hauler is already roaming dangerously at 60 km/h

Plenty of articulated off-road trucks used in the U.K. JCB builds one, although I can't say for sure if it is actually manufactured in the U.K. I'm not tremendously familiary with U.K. trade shows, but I know this one is quite popular as a place to see machines work SED doc CO dot UK.

i've driven past a jcb plant i think near stoke in england and its enormous, but i thought they only build diggers.

Terex also builds this style of truck in Scotland. And of course I would expect that all of the global players in this category would be available in the U.K.
