PEOPLE! Clear out the temp files of your brain (where the propaganda is stored). Most of that info is either from un-natural experiments, or the biased reporting of experiments/studies to sell omega supplements by the bucket.
What people know is propaganda from TV and magazines, and it's why 10% fat 'seems" too low. In nature, most animals diets are below 10% fat. ie its natural. Trust nature; not words
Look at nature, the tropics, our bodies....the people thriving on the 80/10/10 diet.

@TheAmalhator how well does microbes in your guts digest fats?... on gluten, I ferment my grains, breaks down gluten supposedly. it's pretty wild to drink bubbly oatmeal with honey in it.
microbes are the answer to any digestive system.

@TheAmalhator I would not go by percentages, but how many grams of each you need. Since carbs are only important for energy, if you are more sedentary, you obviously should not have a 80-10-10 ratio.
The ratio between Omega 6 and Omega 3 is 6:1 respectively. Broccoli, kale, they both have higher omega 3 to omega 6. but most fruit are mostly omega 6. Celery is only omega 6.
I like to have for more souce information. I am kind of done with the whole, "believe thy doctor" approach to health data.

He spent most of his life eating wrong, and has since thrived eating 80 10 10 - the natural way for us primates to eat.
I haven't aged since eating a lot of fruit - since 1994
ps (not 15 fruits...... 20-30)
