@coolnameize Because you're more concentrated on how you suck/will suck than on actually playing the game. Which means you're playing the game automatically. And because you sucked in the beginning you still think you're going to suck due to your past failures. The thing to do here is to actually practice while concentrating on the game. Your brain is the most powerful tool you have - use it! ;)
