You want a medium roast espresso blend -- that will ensure you have limited maintenance with the grinder, etc., through the life of the machine. illy is a good choice, but anything that is at a medium level roast will work well. - Kat

I will be purchasing one of these from you guys in the near future, and am wondering what beans and what roast are best in super-automatics. I have been using Illy, which is great!
