I'm a PTS Ambulance driver and i don't think this would work in "the real world". Most of my patients are very large due to the fact they have lost their mobility. I think the tracks would not offer the safety level required.

Id rather kill myself than go on that.. if you want to disagree well you better shut the fuck up or I will get in my car and run loads of people over 3 times outside a night club then there will be more people in wheelchairs
