First Runner-Up 2011, Natalie Sherer (talent: piano), Miss River to River 2011, Kaitlyn Millner (talent: vocal), and Miss Southern Illinois 2011, Samantha Constantine (talent: piano), are crowned at the stacked pageant on August 14th, 2010. This official Miss America preliminary was held at the Marion Cultural & Civic Center in Marion, IL.
