Of course I am not surprised that ppl forgot what I said in the beginning by the time they reached the end of the video. I am intrigued how split the responses have been. People have picked up various things that stuck out to them.

@TogetherForPeace - I literally am responding to the bit at the end (well, more middle to end). The beginning was nice, but boy did it end... well, in a way that inspired me to comment.

@Cristofer7 Each person had to determine for themselves where in the timeline of that video they felt they fell. My video was just a small picture of the way I feel towards the different sorts of people I've encountered on YouTube. The video was not meant to be a detailed description of all these people.

@TogetherForPeace - ha... it isn't that I felt I fell anywhere in your video. I was struck by what you actually said. When I hear a Christian say that they are hated because they love the lord, it strikes a nerve. Points and ideas will be missed in a conversation if you feel the person, who is talking to you, is coming from such a ridiculous place. It is also a way to imagine a person to be like a satan. I just didn't think you held this view regarding anyone.

Those who wish to understand will be able to look past the use of strong words and the get the point. The past couple vids I've done have been addressed to all ppl both atheists and theists. I'm not terribly surprised by this all. I could have picked my words more carefully but oh well...I get pissed off by ppl's stupidity from time to time :)

You are the only Christian I am subbed to (that I am aware of), and the fact that you said certain things, gave me an opportunity to address certain things. What were the strong words? It was the ideas that were expressed that caught my attention. From the heart, the mouth speaks.

7:14 "Religion is such an obvious no brainer." Agreed, but there's the rub. Instead of giving the one thing that we have that allows us to know reality, you play around with the gut, and the consequences are supremely harmful to humanity.

Take the Hitchens challenge: Name one moral thing that only a theist would say. Then name an immoral thing only a theist would say. Nothing for the first, lots for the 2nd. What does that tell you?

Why insult Christians? I don't insult the person. I insult the ridiculous ideas. I have too much respect for you to respect your horrible, silly, and (underneath it all) hateful faith.

Faith in a divine creator is a support of tyranny pal. To me your heart is that of a slave that wants me to be a slave too. It's not like I haven't thought about it.

The godly entity you speak of is supernatural and can't affect this natural reality that we find ourselves in. If the supernatural could affect the natural reality it would not be considered supernatural. The bible readers are only influenced by what they determine the words in the scripture mean and not because an external god influenced them to perform the unsaid action. It’s that simple no need for belief in a higher power.

Excellent video cristofer. I too was very surprised by @TogetherForPeace video its almost as though he has reached a crossroads in his beliefs with such a contrast from the beginning and the end parts.

I don't hold any certainty about any religion whatsoever (including Atheism, hah!). I just think it's ok that there is a part in life I just can't explain. A total mystery. I accept the state of doubt as valuable. Regarding christianity, I do not trust the history of how the Bible was brought up (pieces of books found here and there and assembled in Rome). The older Dead See Scroll recently found prove that those texts shifted with time, thus the Bible is in great part or all human creation.
