I have no confidence in the leadership of the JLP nor the PNP. A bad workman blames his tools, in this case those under his employ. Don't they get it, having gone through 3 national security ministers and soon 3 police commissioners in 2 years, that maybe, just maybe, that they are the problem.

Drastic measures need to be taken to curb the crime problem. We need someone in charge, whom the criminals will fear. Some may disagree... but i say Adams may be our best hope for now. Im sick of hearing about ppl getting shot and killed by these worthless criminals.Its time to get rid of them by force!

I'm so sick of Jamaican politics. These bastards don't give a damn. 19 years of pnp bullshit, now it's the jlp's turn. Religion, Ignorance, illiteracy, violence lack of family planning, unwanted births, superstition, obesity (fat people just tend to be dumb, just look at southern and western states in the US) and to top it all off easy access to guns. The crime wave is mentality driven. For too long Jmaicans have been getting away with small crimes and that's one of the reason why the younger generation have no respect for law and order. Let me list the other factors in order
1) corrupt police force
2) corrupt politicians
3) careles sexual habits causing social decay with unwanted uncared for kids
4) High unemployment
5) substandard education system.
6) outdated primitive justice system
The police comish get a basket to carry water.
