TI's ADS832x portfolio of precision, low-power data converters were designed to answer the needs of customers developing the new generation of industrial equipment.
The ADS8326 and 8317 operate at 250kSPS and are targeted at portable and battery power applications. In these types of designs we typically see lower input frequencies and a high premium placed on small packages and the lowest possible power consumption.
The ADS8329 and 8330 are the lowest power 16-Bit 1 Mega-Sample analog to digital converters available on the market, typically dissipating only 15.5 mili-watts. The ADS8327 and 8328 reduce that power consumption to 10.6 mili-watts at 500 kilo-samples.
The ADS8327 and 8328 are 16-Bit, 2LSB Max INL, 500 kilo-sample devices. The ADS8329 and 8330 extend the sampling rates to 1 Mega-sample and improve linearity to 1.75 LSB Max INL.
