@vcdna1 The teachers Union is exactly that a union, protecting its members worling conditions and pay. Without said union you may still have a predominately female workforce without protection from headteachers or crazy school boards/districts. Its the local and federal governments responsiblity to improve standards nationally not the union.

@themindtrap39 The very definition of a documentary is bias, but that doesn't mean its not true. Teachers unions are protecting bad teachers from getting sack, thus harming all the children they come in contact with. The jig is up, every bad teachers need to go!
